Doctors Best Benfotiamine 150 + Alpha-Lipoic Acid 300 helps to support healthy glucose metabolism as well as offering antioxidant support. Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble derivative of thiamine (vitamin B1). It readily passes through intestinal cells and is converted into thiamine and has been found to be more bioavailable, and physiologically more active than thiamine itself.
Benfotiamine helps support healthy cells in the presence of blood glucose as well as supporting against oxidative stress, and healthy aging.
